Edit the Content Values for you event by navigating to the Content Management tab in the Site Overview Page.
Edit the Event Start Time to change the countdown on the homepage. Set this to the time at which you want your guests to be able to login.
Edit the Event Description to change the text that's displayed bellow the video player in the screening room.
Click Save to save your changes.
Once you've updated the content of your site, use the Preview buttons on the main page to preview you site content.
When making changes in the Content Manager, your changes will be available to review on Draft sites (accesses with the "Preview Button" in the last step).
Guests coming to your site will not see these changes until you Publish them to your live site.
To Publish your changes, click Versions on the Site Overview Page.
Here you will see a list of all previously Published versions.
To create a new Version with your latest changes, click Create Version.
Select "meowwolf.screening.live" from the dropdown.
Then click "Create".
Your version will appear in the Versions list. It will show as "Pending", then "Snapshot Complete", then "Deploying".
Once it says Deployed with a green checkmark, your changes will be live for Guests to see.
The Show Controller has two modes.
Draft: Only Affects Preview Sites
Live: Affects Your Live Published Site
When running your live event, ensure you are in the Live mode.
To control your site during your event, click Show Controller on the Site Overview Page.
Here, you can control variables to change the state of your site, and fire Instructions to trigger shrimp confetti or notifications.
To fire the shrimp confetti over the player, simply click the green play button on "Fire Confetti".
To change the text content of the notification, edit the notificationContentScreening field, and click Update.
Changing the notification text content will not trigger the notification to send. To send the notification, follow the Send Notification step.
To send the notification to Guests, click the orange play button on "Show Notification"
To end your event, change the eventStatus to EVENT_ENDED, and click "Update". Your Guests will all be pushed to the end page of your event.
