What content is suitable for AI Generated Subtitles?

Content that is free from jargon, with clear audio and minimal background noise is most suitable for AI Generated Subtitles. Content with loud music, or multiple speakers speaking over each other will likely have sub-optimal results with AI Generated Subtitles.

How accurate are AI Generated Subtitles?

AI Generated Subtitles are often very accurate, between 70-95% accurate depending on the nature of the content.

Supported Languages

Premium Video supports automatically generating subtitles for up to 10 languages per video.

AI Subtitle Generations work in two phases: first a subtitle track is created for the spoken language, then (optionally), this track can be AI translated into other languages. The supported languages differ between these two steps.

Alternatively, an initial language subtitle can be embedded in a live stream, and AI translation can be applied. For example, if you have a live captioner providing English subtitles, those could be AI translated into up to 9 other languages. A list of supported translation languages can be found below (note that this list of supported languages differs from the supported transcription languages).
