Guests can be added to a show via your Attendee Management page in two ways:
Uploading a .CSV spreadsheet (allows for bulk upload)
Before getting started, select the correct show you want to add guests to from the dropdown:
Once the correct show has been selected, click on which option you want to use for adding your guests from the buttons on the right-hand side.
To add a single guest, click the Add attendee button on the right.
In the pop-up window, you will be prompted to provide the following information:
Attendee Name *
Attendee Email *
Access Code
Max Uses
Attendee Tags

Fill in the relevant guest information, then click the Submit button to add the guest to the show.
Although you can add guests individually — one by one — the Attendee Management tool also offers the option to add one or more guests by uploading a .CSV spreadsheet. This option allows you to efficiently add multiple guests at a time.
In the Attendee Management page, click the Upload CSV button on the right.
In the pop-up window, you can click Choose File to select the .CSV file containing the guests you want to add. You can also click Download CSV Template to download a .CSV containing the columns required to be included, for you to easily populate with your guests' information.
If you need to update or add guest to the list you are NOT required to republish your site. New guest will take around 1 minute or so to be available for login use.
​Any updates to your guest list will be available on both draft and live/deployed versions of the site.
