How do I create a new Template?

Templates must be created by the Backstage Team. For internal templates, we recommend creating a template site and duplicating it for individual projects.

My CBLS video always starts from the beginning

If the CBLS playback time is in the future, playback will begin from the start of the video.

What is the difference between Assets and Premium Video?

Video files can be uploaded to either Assets or Premium Video.

Videos uploaded to Assets are Basic Videos, with average quality. These are useful for simple videos or background videos.

Videos uploaded through Premium Video are fully featured and include:

• High Quality

• Optional Additional Audio Tracks

• Optional Subtitle Tracks

• Option DRM Protection

• Interactive Tagging
